Micaela ‘Mica’ E. Riley, PT, DPT is a board-certified physical therapist & has completed specialized training in Orthopedics through the University of Washington Medicine’s Orthopedic Residency Program.
Dr. Micaela Riley has a diverse background which includes rehabilitating athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional level. She believes in a team approach to patient care, providing and educating patients with the current evidence to create a unique plan of care for everyone she treats. She takes a holistic approach to caring for her patients, which encompasses the physical & psychological components of rehab to assist patients in achieving lifelong activity and fitness goals.
Her clinical interests include lower extremity injuries of the hip, knee, and ankle in recreational, high school, collegiate, & professional athletes. She takes a special interest and is very experienced with non-operative and post-operative ACL injuries.

Dr. Micaela enjoys an active lifestyle all year long. She is a former collegiate soccer athlete who still enjoys playing in recreational leagues. She also enjoys following the MLS, European, and Mexican soccer leagues. Micaela enjoys visiting her hometown in the Walla Walla Valley, enjoys outdoor activities (SUP, biking, hiking, running), strength training, and enjoys new adventures with her husband and dog.
