Garrett graduated in 2007 from the University of California Davis with a B.S. in Exercise Biology. Upon graduation, Garrett became certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In addition to his studies, Garrett was also a student athletic trainer at UC Davis and an emergency first responder. He recently completed 28 semester units in pre-medical course work including 1.5 years of anatomy and physiology.
Garrett is guided by an all-encompassing approach to a healthy lifestyle including focused exercise, diet, and rest. Seeing people wear their bodies on the field inspired him to open his own personal training business in 2010 in Hawaii. He was able to apply his advanced experience and training to get people healthy and back on the field safely. Garrett enjoys collaborating with other health professionals and has experience working with student athletes, weekend warriors and retirees.
